
TABATA
A 30 minute full body high intensity interval training class. We do each exercise for 20 seconds and then take a 10 seconds break. Calories will disappear. This workout is made up of 4 sections: Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio, and Core...oh and we forgot to mention the Burn Out!
